A: In the Grand Ballroom at The Phoenician, located at 6000 East Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ.
Q: What time is the Invitational?
A: The Invitational will run from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Q: What is the Invitational?
A: The Fiesta Bowl Invitational is an elegant evening of live entertainment, dinner and dancing. Distinguished guests traveling with the teams participating in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, as well as some of the Valley’s top business leaders dance the night away at the enchanting Phoenician Resort. Guests also enjoy a special silent auction featuring outstanding items including travel and entertainment packages, sports memorabilia and fine jewelry. Proceeds from the silent auction benefit Fiesta Bowl charities such as The 100 Club.
Q: Is this event open to the public?
A: Yes.
Q: What is the cost of a ticket?
A: Each ticket is $400. Individual tickets are not at reserved tables. However, a reserved table for 10 people may be purchased for $5,000.
Q: Is my ticket tax deductible?
A: Individual tickets are not tax deductible; however $1,000 of a reserved table is tax deductible.

Q: Is there entertainment at the Invitational?
A: Each year the Invitational treats guests to exceptional musical entertainment. Please continue to check the entertainment section of the website for updates on this year’s act. There will also be a silent auction, open bar and an extensive meal served at the event.
Q: What is the attire?
A: Cocktail attire is requested. Ties are not necessary for men.
Q: Where should I park for the event?
A: Valet parking is available outside of the Grand Ballroom.
