Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased on FiestaBowl.org or the item is damaged or defective, please return the unwashed and unworn item within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for shipping and handling refund.  Please send your return, with order number, contact information, and detailed instructions on exactly what you need done (refund, exchange etc.) to:
