A Million Dollar Opportunity

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Starting on Thursday, November 3rd, one dollar will earn you the chance to swing away for $1 million at the 27th Annual Wells Fargo Fiesta Bowl Million Dollar Hole-in-One presented by Fox Sports Arizona.

For just $10 for a bucket of 11 golf balls, thousands of golfers of varying skill levels will try their luck at sinking a 125-yard hole-in-one. The top 25 finishers each day will receive fabulous prizes, including PING irons and golf bags, complimentary foursomes at the Valley’s best golf courses and certificates to some of Arizona’s finest restaurants.

The 10-day event for amateur golfers will be held at the Arizona Biltmore. Daily rounds run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Nov. 13. The finals will take place on Nov. 13 at 2:00 p.m.

The top three finishers each day, including anyone who hits a hole-in-one, advances to the final round on Sunday for a chance to nail the $1 million hole-in-one or one of the three grand prizes. The grand prizes this year are a 10 day cruise to anywhere in the world for two courtesy of Holland America; a one year golf club membership at the Arizona Biltmore or Wigwam; and a one year golf club membership at Encanterra Golf Club. 

In 2002, Ray Mills of Phoenix, Ariz., was the first and only golfer to ever hit the million dollar hole-in-one.
