Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade Showcases Arizona in Central Phoenix

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - The Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade, one of Arizona's most cherished spectacles, returns to the streets of central Phoenix for its 43rd year on Saturday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m. MST.
Thousands of spectators will line the route in celebration of Arizona's greatest talents, featuring floats, giant balloons, equestrian units, classic automobiles, dance troupes, marching bands and specialty participants. The two-hour production will also showcase the 2013-2014 Fiesta Bowl Queen and Court and marching bands of the participating Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl teams from the University of Michigan and Kansas State University.
"Parade viewers will be in awe of the colorful display of Arizona's tradition and rich history," said Brian Hall, Fiesta Bowl Chairman of the Board. "It's a sight to be seen and a holiday highlight the entire family will enjoy."
This year's Grand Marshals are families of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who lost their lives fighting the Yarnell Hill fire in June 2013.
